Update: Novacopper Inc. Downtrending and Governor Walker Continues to Halt Discretionary Spending on the Project

Update: Investors await Novacopper Inc (TSE:NCQ) report on October 8. The stock closed at $0.485 during the last session. It is down 40.24% since March 2, 2015 and is downtrending. It has underperformed by 32.40% the S&P500. NovaCopper Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage mining company.
